Automation Training For Schools, Colleges and Workforce Development
GennFlex Technology Center
To offer onsite automation training classes
At GennFlex, we are thrilled to announce an imminent launch of our Training Center, co-located with our corporate headquarters. At the moment we are making the final touches to the facility, making sure it is equipped with the complete line of training equipment, teaching aids, and provides a convenient learning environment to our future students.
GTC will offer training classes of all levels of complexity, from basic programming to robot simulation, and integration into micro-factories. Our robot and machine training modules are at the core of our programs. Our instructors and engineers are completing their preparation to ensure all the teaching aids are in stock and ready for the soon-to-start classes.

Advanced Automation Skills are in high demand
More than 80% of manufacturers report skill shortages in production jobs, from entry level, to middle skills, to engineers and managers. Whereas these jobs at one time required little more than physical labor, requirements more common today are math skills, teamwork and advanced problem solving. Manufacturers around the world are having a hard time finding qualified workers to fill advanced manufacturing jobs. In fact, more than 3.5 million of these jobs are expected to go unfilled by the year 2025.
The impacts are being felt across the economy:
- Increasingly, machining operations are computer controlled. This not only entails a large growth in productivity but also means a greater need for programmers, operators and maintenance workers.
- According to the Manufacturing Institute, the percentage of manufacturing workers with postsecondary training after high school is 54.4% and climbing.
- More than 3.5 million of advanced manufacturing jobs are expected to go unfilled by the year 2025.

Mobile Training Station
The Innovative Disruptor of industrial education delivery
We believe the lack of equal access to modern industrial education to be one of the main factors slowing the spread of automation and robotics training to a wider population.
To level the playing field and remove this inequality from the equation, we have developed our Mobile Training Station to deliver the training to your doorstep. Remote location? Underfunded district? Small class sizes? From now on, there is little to stop your students from learning the manufacturing technology of the XXI century.
Each Mobile Training Station, or MTS, is a large cargo van outfitted with 4 robot training modules and related peripherals. Mobile class sizes will vary between 6 and 8 students, not more than two students per robot module. MTS curriculum’s focus is mostly on basic online and offline robot programming.
