    Safety Scanner

    Fenceless design with integrated IDEC or Keyence laser safety scanner offers 270ᵒ of unobstructed coverage for a safe working zone. If anyone enters the safe zone during robot operation, the scanner will instantly stop the robot.

  • Reduced Robot Speed
    Reduced Robot Speed

    Robot play speed is limited to 25% for safety.

  • Emergency stop switch
    Emergency stop switch

    In addition to the integrated safety scanner, there is an emergency stop switch located on the Smart or Standard pendant.

  • Light Tower
    Light Tower

    Immediate indication of process status is a must in any industrial application. The RTM-YDG23 includes a 3-Tier IDEC Light Tower mounted on the back wall of the module.

Handling, Picking & Packing with the MPP-series

The Yaskawa MPP3S 4-axis high-speed robot with parallel kinematic system combines the speed of the delta design with a high payload capacity and a large working range. Due to the high torque of the fourth axis, the so-called wrist axis, the MOTOMAN MPP3S moves payloads of up to 3 kg at unprecedented speeds.

The YASKAWA FS100 controller generation has been specially developed for the Picking and Packing sectors and for further handling applications. The development goal was “Fast, safe, open, small”. Build and Simulate a Robotic Workcell
Yaskawa provides MotoSim EG-VRC for building and simulating your robot cell. MotoSim is designed for accurate offline programming of complex systems. With the virtual robot controller function, simulation software can be used for optimizing robot and equipment placement, reach modeling, accurate cycle calculations, automatic path generation.

Integrated Storage Drawer

Every RTM module comes equipped with an integrated storage drawer. Inside the drawer you will find pre-cut foam inserts for a set of tools and accessories supplied with the module.
