GennFlex Welding cells deliver powerful performance while boasting a compact footprint. EDU-WLD-1A features a safety guarding perimeter. Side and front service doors feature safety interlocks.
GennFlex Welding cells operate with both traditional robotic welding and next-generation AI-powered interfaces! These welding cells integrate the Wandelbots Teaching welding system for an automated and accurate welding operation. Wandelbots Teaching software is easy to learn. Someone with limited or no exposure to welding or robot programming will only need to complete a 2-week Robotic Welding training course by GennFlex to learn to operate both the robot and the Wandlebots teaching system!

Slim, Thru-Arm Arc Welding AR1440 Robot
The six-axis AR1440 robot provides fast and accurate performance to boost productivity for arc welding applications. A slim profile allows for high-density robot placement, and a contoured arm gives easy access to parts in confined spaces, avoiding potential fixture interference. The AR1440 has a symmetric wrist, with a generous range, providing equal torch access to both sides of a part. A 50 mm thru-hole reduces cable interference and wear, and an enhanced feeder mounting area on the arm reduces equipment obstruction.

YRC1000 Robust Next-Generation Robot Controller
The YRC1000 is a compact, fast, and flexible high-performance robot controller for YAASKAWA robots. Path accuracy improvement assures increased precision in trajectory performance independent of the motion speed. Building on the success of the powerful DX200 controller, the YRC1000 is faster and more precise. This next-generation controller provides operators and service staff with powerful functionality while retaining the proven controller performance Yaskawa is known for. The YRC1000 uses the lightweight standard teach pendant.
